Trying to get my rolling shot stuff dialed in a bit more, car-to-car would probably yield a much better result.

How are you doing it now, not car to car? Burst shot with a timer?
EDIT: I assume you’re alone, didn’t think of you having someone else driving/photographing.

Ah yes, my friends car that he was driving, me standing on top of a sand dune in super dim light panning. I believe this one was shot at 1/8 second shutter speed and my panning kinda sucks so it blurred the car a bit too.
